Alcohol guidelines quiz

The National Health and Medical Research Council released national guidelines, Australian guidelines to reduce health risks from drinking alcohol, on 6 March 2009. To view the full guidelines, please go to the National Health and Medical research council site

Guidelines 1 and 2 are universally applicable to healthy adults aged 18 years and over, with a focus on improving health and wellbeing by reducing risks of alcohol-related injury and disease across the population. Guidelines 3 and 4 address factors specific to children, adolescents, and pregnant and breastfeeding women.
